GL-PCR User Guide
GL-PCR is an external tool accessed within Oracle. The tool allows users to choose data from HDW reporting which is filtered by HART security and GL security. Since it is technically outside the Oracle General Ledger, batch submission is sent to the GL via a feed. GL feeds are processed daily from 7 AM to 5 PM on the hour and half hour. The recommended submission time is before 4:30 PM daily to be processed that day. For FYE, users should expect higher traffic and submit prior to 4 PM to be processed that day.
