The Oracle team supports many modules of the system to meet the Harvard financial community needs. The group works primarily with Strategic Procurement, the Office of the Controller, Harvard Planning and Project Management (HPPM), and the Office of Treasure Management (OTM) to ensure users across Harvard can process their financial transactions. The Oracle team is responsible for providing technical support along side the Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) team, supporting training solutions, managing system releases and enhancement projects, and supporting financial reports.
