Supported Desktop Configurations describe which computer operating systems, web browsers, and other software can be used with Oracle EBS Financial systems. Oracle EBS Financial systems include Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable Adjustment Form for Assets, Accounts Receivable, iReceivables &amp; Collections, CAPS, Cash Management (CMRA), Chart Security Maintenance Application (CSMA), Chart of Accounts GL Validator, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, GL-PCR, WEB ADI, Web Reimbursement History Inquiry, &amp; iPro Requisition History Inquiry.

*Desktop Operating Systems &amp; Vendor Certified Browsers:*

- Windows 10 (32 and 64 bit), Windows 11
    - Web ADI is supported on Windows
        - Windows 11 is certified for use with MS 365 and Office 2016
        - Windows 10 is certified for use with MS 365, Office 2016, Office 2013, Office 2010
    - Firefox ESR 128.x (version 140.4.0esr has not been certified, but is in use without any known issues)
    - Google Chrome
    - Microsoft Edge
- Mac OS
    - Web ADI is not supported on the MacOS

        *The current version of Oracle is 12.2.14.*

*Vendor Certified Software*

- Microsoft Office 2016 (32 or 64 bit) &amp; 365 (32 or 64 bit)
- JRE 1.8.0\_141 base for Windows (max recommended is JRE 1.8.0\_491)
- JRE 1.8.0\_221 base for Macs (for recommended, [see Oracle Release Note 1533334.1](/sites/g/files/omnuum12871/files/2025-11/Document%201533334.1.pdf "document 1533334"))

For Mac desktop users only, when logging in for the first time after a new JRE update, those users will be required to download the updated Java JRE.   
If users receive a popup message that a more recent version greater than 1.8.0\_491 is available, it is recommended that they not act upon the request.
