**Oracle Outage Impact:** **Oracle EBS / Financials**

The Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade will take place from Tuesday, April 18th, at 5:00 pm through Monday April 24th, at 8:00 am. No journals can be processed during this outage time.

The following Oracle EBS Financials modules will be offline:

- Accounts Payable​
- Accounts Payable Adjustment Form for Assets​

- CAPS​
- Cash Management (CMRA)​
- Chart Security Maintenance Application (CSMA)​

- Fixed Assets - ([see details](/122-impact-fixed-assets "12.2 Impact: Fixed Assets"))​
- General Ledger​
- GL-PCR​
- iPro Requisition History Inquiry​

- Web Reimbursement History Inquiry​

The Oracle Financials 12.2.10 release included a Java JRE update to 1.8.0\_361-b09. For Mac desktop users only, when logging in for the first time after 4/24/2023, those users will be required to download this updated Java JRE
